Nearly 200 youth in Washington County and surrounding areas are enrolled in one of the most dynamic youth organizations in the USA!

We have traditional clubs that provide leadership, educational and recreational opportunities for your child.

Project members are not members of an organized club.  You can choose a 4-H project and complete it on an individual basis with your parents along with resources from the 4-H Office. 

There are projects in nearly everything you can think of.  Many Project Books are available for $5 through the 4-H Office.  If we don't have what you need, you can visit the 4-H Mall and order your project books, along with other great 4-H items.

Volunteer in 4-H!  Make a difference

Are you interested in sharing your time and expertise with kids?  Washington County 4-H is looking for volunteers to start new clubs to reach out to even more kids!

All adults who wish to volunteer in the Washington County 4-H program go through a mandatory background screening and interview process before being allowed to work with 4-H youth.
